As a former professional ballroom and Latin dancer representing Wales, Samantha "Sam" Howells knows what it takes to set goals, make plans, and achieve them with dedication and hard work. From a young age travelling the country and globe for competitions, she developed a steely resolve that continues to drive her success as an entrepreneur today.

After brief studies in nursing, Sam realised her true calling was in business. Now a busy working mum after welcoming baby Evan in August, Sam still enjoys dancing when she has time, personal growth learning Spanish, and envisioning the next chapter - moving to sunny Spain within the next few years.
